One apartment is suitable for guests with limited mobility or special needs.
Equipment for babies and toddlers available - no extra charge.
Cancellation fees:
Cancellation outside 30 days of guest arrival - Nil fees.
Cancellation within 30 days of guest arrival subject to 50% of nett booking charge.
Cancellations within 10 days of guest arrival subject to 100% of nett booking charge.
No shows subject to 100% of nett booking charge.
A cancellation will only be deemed to have been made once we have acknowledged the cancellation in writing (including fax or email).
Check-in time is 12.30pm however we always endeavour to have the room ready at the time of guest arrival.
Check-out time is 9.30am however we always try to offer late check out at no charge where incoming arrivals permit. (We have a transit lounge available should guests need to vacate their apartment).
